Person-Driven Planning: Supporting Transition for Students with Disabilities

Audience: Educators, administrators, families, self-advocates, and service providers. These trainings focus on supporting students of all ability levels, including those with extensive support needs from middle school through post-secondary.

Session 3: PDP to Promote Successful Work Based Learning (WBL) and Competitive Integrated Employment (CIE)

Overview:

  • Understand WBL and CIE programming supported by PDP
  • Explore business partnership resources
  • Plan for post-secondary education and career pathways to support future career opportunities

Cost to Join:

All registration is FREE for participants but you MUST register.
Mileage MAY be eligible for reimbursement.
FREE parking for in-person participants
